FINDING LIFE IN IMAGES – RICH FLANSBURG

"I see my photographs as tangible records of my times. Records of what is going on around me through the ever-moving flow of my life. It is life that I have experienced. At the very least, each photo is an image of the life I see at that moment.

I take the photo and I print the photo because the image means something to me. If the viewer takes some meaning from the image that is great. That makes me feel good, positive. However, I don’t expect my images to create meaning for anyone else. It is enough for me to take away my own feelings and meanings from each image."
