Posters
Posters will be displayed for the duration of the conference, however a dedicated poster session will take place on Wednesday July 25 from 9:30 – 10:05.
An author for each poster is expected to be available during the poster session to discuss their work.

Set-up & Takedown
Posters can be set-up any time after the first scheduled presentation.
Posters can be left in the presentation hall.
Remove your poster any time after lunch on the final day of ICLASS (Thursday, 7/26)
Poster Design & Content
Posters should be 91 x 122 cm (3x4 ft), wide format preferred, and should consist of materials that can be easily mounted with pushpins. Normal mounting materials, such as push pins, tape, and scissors will be provided.
Your poster must be consistent with the title and content of the entry information you submitted.
You should be available to answer questions regarding your poster during any designated poster sessions, but you do not need to give a formal presentation.
Poster Visual & Structural Basics
Posters should be designed for clear viewing from 1-3 m (3-6 ft), so it can be viewed by multiple people at the same time.
Plan for your poster to be in a logical sequence, consider including a Motivation along with Results & Analysis.
To ensure visual effectiveness, use large lettering and concise text.
